How to solve pc system hangs

If your system hangs about 2 or 3 minutes at startup, where you can not access the Start button or the Taskbar, this is certain to run a service (Background Intelligent Transfer) in the background.Microsoft released a patch for this, but it did not work for me. Here’s what you do:

1.Click on Start / Run, type ”msconfig” and click OK.
2.Go to the tab ”Services” to find the service ”Background Intelligent Transfer.”

3.Uncheck it to accept the changes and restart.
