Technically, using Web sites, we have (for example, allow access to Facebook, http://120.66.185.26/ with a web browser) has a unique IP address to enter. Since it is difficult to remember, "phone book", which automatically facebook.com uses this number to translate in order to save the effort. The "telephone book called DNS = Domain Name System.

You can block DNS contract in just 5 seconds :) Just use a different DNS!
1) Go to your Control Panel> Network Settings.
2) in a LAN or Wi-Fi network connection and select Properties.
3) Select the IPv4 and click "Properties".
4) Select "Use the following DNS server addresses" and enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
5) Click OK, and now you can sites that must be blocked by the DNS.
