Technically, using Web sites, we have (for example, allow access to Facebook, http://120.66.185.26/ with a web browser) has a unique IP address to enter. You can block DNS contract in just 5 seconds :) Just use a different DNS!
1) Go to your Control Panel> Network Settings.
2) in a LAN or Wi-Fi network connection and select Properties.
3) Select the IPv4 and click "Properties".
4) Select "Use the following DNS server addresses" and enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
5) Click OK, and now you can sites that must be blocked by the DNS.
