The best way to start the program schedule

The guide below, refers to the Windows 7 using WinXP, the procedure is quite similar, and could be Microsoft's instructions.
1) Go to "Start" -> "All Programs" -> "Utilities" - "System Tools"> -> "Task Scheduler" (or "timed" for WinXP)
2) Select the Create Task "Simple ..."
3) Enter the name and description for your own records.
4) Choose whether you intend to use on a daily, weekly or once only wants to.
5) Enter the date and time to run the program.
6) Select "Start Program". (You can choose to display the message to display a reminder pop-up)
7) Your search for the executable program file. This is where I choose my beloved uTorrent :)
8) Think of all, if everything is correct, click "Done"!
Note:
At any time you can check by opening the route to Task Scheduler and click "Task Scheduler Library." Your job is listed on the name chosen in step 3 on.
Whats up this is somewhat of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding knowledge so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
